    My fitness schedule

    1.Tricep's pulldown machine.
    2. LAT Machine pulldowns.
    3. Random ass station
    4. Curls
    5. Abs

    After I am done lifting weights I do an hour of cardio followed by loads of protein.

    We are now finished!

    First when you do a tricep movement it's a push. You should try to do less arm and more whole body. The more you cover with an exercise the more testosterone you'll spread throughout your body which will put you into more of an anabolic state. If you want your muscle to grow you need to work a large area because it grows together.

    If your going to do arm only it may be better to do both bicep and tricep together only. Work them with high volume to produce a fuller pump in your arms.

    Also if your trying to lose weight it's more benifical to do your cardio before your weight lifting because it depletes your carbs. When you burn weight your body will attack your carbs first. So by depleting your carbs first youll burn more weight in your workout while minimizing your muscle lose. Read up on Carb depletion on
